XR Nola's Regenerative Culture working group engages in themed talking/ listening circles. We hold an intentional space where we can attempt to move away from hierarchies that structure so many of our conversations. The intention of the talking circle is to deepen our active listening and to practice fully speaking and having confidence in being heard, while exploring the specified theme.

We welcome all parts of everyone, although some behaviors are not permitted - for example, interrupting someone during circle is taboo. If this is your first time to participate in circle, don't worry, we will go over the format at the beginning!
